You could. But we've already done the hard part. We've built the systems, the brand, the customer trust, the recognition, the training, and the YouTube following. We've failed, learned, and figured it out - so you don't have to.

That depends. If you've already got some equipment, land, or experience, the process may move quickly. For others, it might take a few months. Each situation is unique, and we'll help guide you through it.

You can start with just you - but we recommend at least a couple of installers to help you hit the ground running. Whether you're solo or growing a crew, we'll help you build from wherever you are.

Yes. You'll contribute to a national marketing fund, and in return, you'll receive franchisor guidance, brand assets, and proven marketing strategies. You're also free to explore local efforts, as long as they align with our brand and get franchisor approval. Our job is to make sure your money is going where it actually works — not into a black hole of bad Facebook ads.

Absolutely. If you meet our qualifications, we welcome experienced professionals into the SWI system. You bring your team and your reputation, and we'll provide the brand, the structure, and the tools to scale.

Yes - with some important caveats. You don't need a fancy office building or a huge warehouse. We started in a shed. But you do need a dedicated, professional space. That means at least two acres of land and a designated area for meeting with customers, whether that's an outbuilding, home office, or shop space. This isn't something you run from your dining room table. We're building businesses here - and first impressions matter.

We make this easy. Every new franchisee purchases a professionally curated starter package with the essential tools and equipment you'll need on day one, all shipped directly to your door.
